Guruji Naushir – Life Story

Born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, on 18 July 1959, Guruji Naushir was a spiritual teacher, guide, healer, and founder of the Mahavatar Babaji TadEkam Foundation (MBTF). His life was dedicated to helping seekers move from illness to wellness, suffering to solutions, and ignorance to enlightenment through practical spirituality, healing, meditation, and self-transformation.

Although outwardly leading a successful worldly life, Guruji was inwardly driven by a deep quest to understand the true purpose of existence and the causes of human suffering. His spiritual journey took a significant turn in 1997 when He was introduced to Mahavatar Babaji by His first Guru, Yogiraj Mangeshda. Under Mangeshda's guidance, Guruji underwent intensive spiritual training and was entrusted with sharing the healing science of Reiki, marking the beginning of His mission to serve humanity.

A pivotal moment came in January 2000 when Guruji began receiving direct guidance from Mahavatar Babaji. These divine communications profoundly shaped His spiritual path and inspired Him to share Babaji Maharaj's wisdom with seekers alongside His healing and spiritual teachings.

In 2003, following divine guidance, Guruji met His second Guru, Kundalini Gyan Yogi Avadhoot Shri Govindagiri Swamiji of Bengaluru. Through Swamiji's grace, He received the sacred knowledge of Shaktipath and Kundalini Vidya and was empowered to guide others on the path of inner awakening and higher consciousness.

Over the years, Guruji travelled extensively across India and abroad, touching thousands of lives through His workshops, healing programmes, spiritual discourses, and meditation retreats. Known for His ability to simplify profound spiritual truths, He brought ancient wisdom into everyday life, making spirituality practical and accessible for householders and seekers alike.

In 2007, Guruji Naushir formed TadEkam to help people heal through meditation, Reiki and mantra chanting.

In 2009, Guruji undertook an intense period of tapas that led to profound spiritual experiences and inner transformation. The successful completion of this period of tapas culminated in a profound divine blessing. In 2010, by the grace of Mahavatar Babaji Maharaj, Guruji was bestowed with the rare opportunity to meet Babaji in His original physical form near Badrinath. During this sacred meeting, Guruji was blessed with permission to capture a photograph of Mahavatar Babaji. This priceless photograph, which now graces our Dhyan Mandir in Pune, stands as a sacred reminder of Babaji Maharaj's blessings and living presence. This sacred encounter marked the beginning of a new phase of His spiritual work and deepened His commitment to sharing meditation, self-realisation, and the Divine Kriya teachings.

In 2018, Guided by Babaji Maharaj's direct instructions, Guruji renamed TadEkam as ‘Mahavatar Babaji TadEkam Foundation’ (MBTF). He transformed it into a platform for Sadhana and Seva. Conceived as a sacred confluence of spiritual practice and selfless service, MBTF was established to help individuals transform themselves while contributing to the well-being of society.

Through His books, teachings, meditation programmes, healing modalities, and personal guidance, Guruji inspired countless seekers to embark on the journey from the mind to the heart, from fear to faith, and from separation to oneness. His message transcended religious boundaries and emphasised direct spiritual experience, self-awareness, compassion, and surrender to the Divine.

Guruji Naushir left His physical body on 17 August 2022. Yet His presence continues to be felt through His teachings, Divine Kriya, meditation practices, writings, and the ongoing seva of the Mahavatar Babaji TadEkam Foundation. Remembered for His humility, wisdom, compassion, and unwavering devotion to His Gurus, He remains a guiding light for spiritual aspirants around the world.

His legacy lives on in every seeker inspired to walk the path of self-discovery, service, and God-realisation.
